Shopping with EfikZara

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of efikzara.sellfy.store and purchases from EfikZara Ltd. ("EfikZara," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.

Please read the product description, selected variant, price, delivery information, and any product-specific terms before purchasing. Specific terms displayed for a product or at checkout form part of your purchase agreement and take priority over general wording here if they conflict, subject always to mandatory law.

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase, or have appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and contact details and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Prices, payment & orders

The price, currency, selected options, and applicable checkout charges are shown before you pay. Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer says otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees outside our control.

Payments are processed through the options available at checkout. An order is subject to successful payment and any reasonable fraud or availability checks. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase as applicable. We will not impose a higher price after payment without your agreement.

Check your email address, shipping address, quantity, and variant carefully. Contact us promptly if something is incorrect; changes may not be possible after a download has been delivered or a physical order has entered fulfillment.

Digital delivery & access

Digital books, calendars, planners, and other downloadable products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, Sellfy normally provides access through the order-confirmation page and purchase email. Check your spam or promotions folder if the message does not arrive.

A digital purchase does not include a printed book, iPad, phone, or other hardware unless the listing expressly says so. Device mockups and lifestyle images illustrate the reading experience. Check the listed file format and use a compatible device or application.

Download and securely back up your purchase for your own use. Keep access links private. A purchase does not promise lifetime hosting, future editions, or ongoing updates unless expressly included in the listing.

If a file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact support@efikzara.com with your order number and purchase email so we can investigate and help restore the purchased access.

Your personal-use license

Unless a listing expressly grants different rights, a digital purchase gives the individual purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal, noncommercial use. Ownership of the copyright and other intellectual property remains with EfikZara Ltd. or the relevant rights holder.

You may read the file on your own compatible devices and make personal backup or printed copies for your own use where the product permits printing. A bundle grants access to the included products described in that bundle; it does not grant resale or redistribution rights.

• Do not share files, access links, or accounts with other people, including in groups, classrooms, communities, or online drives.
• Do not resell, sublicense, rent, upload, distribute, publicly display, or give away the files or substantial parts of their contents.
• Do not reproduce or adapt the protected text, illustrations, layouts, or other content for a commercial product, course, or publication without written permission.
• Do not remove copyright notices or circumvent access controls.

This license does not override exceptions or rights granted by applicable law. For commercial, group, or other permissions, contact us before use. Unauthorized distribution may result in lawful suspension of access, termination of the license, and appropriate legal action.

Physical products & shipping

For oils, apparel, and other physical products, select the correct size, formulation, and other options before checkout. Product images, screen colors, and mockups may differ slightly from the physical item; these differences do not excuse goods that are defective or materially different from their description.

Shipping availability, charges, and any stated processing or delivery estimates are shown in the listing or at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not a guarantee, but do not remove our responsibilities under applicable law. If we cannot ship within an applicable promised timeframe, we will communicate the delay and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law.

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or carrier charges imposed by the destination country, unless the listing or checkout states they are included. Check local import requirements before ordering.

Contact us promptly about missing deliveries, damage, or an incorrect item. Include your order number and relevant photographs where useful. We will work with the carrier or fulfillment partner as appropriate. These terms do not shift responsibility for delivery to you where applicable law places it on us.

Refunds, returns & problems

Digital products

Because digital products are delivered electronically, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once the file has been delivered or accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not prevent a remedy for a defective, inaccessible, misdescribed, or undelivered product.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to digital content, it is lost only when the applicable legal requirements have been met, including any required express consent and acknowledgment. These terms alone do not waive that right.

Oils and other physical products

For Herbal Regrowth Oil, change-of-mind sales are final, subject to applicable consumer rights. For apparel or other merchandise, any specific return or exchange conditions disclosed on the listing apply. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can assess the appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. We will explain any applicable return arrangements and costs based on the reason for the return and your legal rights. No wording here removes a statutory cancellation period or other mandatory protection.

Haircare information & use

Our books and educational resources provide information, recipes, and practical guidance. They are not personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical concern about your scalp, hair, or skin, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Use physical products according to their labeling and instructions. Review ingredients, patch test before use, avoid the eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our Herbal Regrowth Oil is for external use only.

Individual experiences vary. Testimonials, photographs, recipe popularity, and examples of personal results do not guarantee a particular outcome, growth rate, or medical benefit. Ingredient research does not establish that a finished product will produce the same results.

When making a recipe, follow the guidance on measurements, hygiene, storage, and use. You remain responsible for selecting suitable ingredients and obtaining any professional advice needed for your circumstances.

Copyright & responsible use

The store's protected text, photographs, artwork, logos, layouts, books, and other materials belong to EfikZara Ltd. or their respective licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer these rights. Do not copy or exploit protected material beyond your license or what the law permits.

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or use customer-service channels to harass or threaten others. We may take proportionate action to protect the store, customers, and our rights, subject to applicable law.

Privacy & third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you shop, subscribe, or contact us. Agreeing to these terms does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing or replace consent where it is legally required.

Sellfy hosts the store, and payment, shipping, fulfillment, or external websites may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are responsible for our obligations as seller; third-party terms govern your use of those providers' separate services.

Availability & liability

We aim to keep the store accurate and accessible, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every page will always be free of errors. We may correct information and maintain or update the store. This does not remove our obligation to supply products that meet the purchase agreement and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided "as is" and "as available," and we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. These exclusions apply only where lawful.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any injury, loss, statutory warranty, or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited. You remain entitled to remedies the law gives you for products that do not meet legal requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable losses and costs directly caused by your unlawful use of the store or material breach of these terms. This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own breach, negligence, or misconduct, or override consumer protections.

Updates, law & disputes

We may update these terms for future use or purchases and will show the updated date here. The terms in effect when you purchased generally govern that purchase; later updates do not retroactively remove your rights or change a paid order without a lawful basis.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EfikZara Ltd. is registered, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction, including any courts available to you under mandatory consumer law.

Please contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using a lawful payment dispute, regulatory complaint, or court process.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms, the applicable product and checkout information, and any expressly agreed written conditions form the agreement for your purchase.
